Friend Speak-Coming Soon!

FriendSpeak is Singing Oaks NEWEST Ministry! We are excited to bring this much needed ministry to Denton.
FriendSpeak is a way to share our faith in Jesus Christ by helping others with conversational English.
We have many, many people in Denton County that do not know English. Most have some basic knowledge of some words they can get by with, but have the desire to learn more. That is where FriendSpeak can step in and help.
We do not teach English, we help people practice and improve their English. It is FREE English conversation classes using Biblical texts as the basis for conversation.
The reader’s English improves because…
One-on-one environment
Focus on conversation
Emphasis on friendship – not teacher vs student
Challenging conversations
Listening, speaking & vocabulary skills
Instills confidence
It will be the best hour of your week to help someone else!
***If you would like to be a part of FriendSpeak Ministry, please come **Saturday, October 5 at 8:30 am in the Fellowship Room**. Ben Woodward from FriendSpeak will be training us on all the information we need to know about how to help others with their conversational English. If you are unable to attend the training session but want to be part of our new outreach ministry, please contact Michelle Faries, in the City or at 214.226.7010.
