It’s That Time of Year

Fall is rapidly approaching and with it comes school, football, and Wednesday night meals. The first Wednesday night meal of the season will be on September 15. To kick off the first meal of the season the team headed up by Leah Daily is preparing home made sliced beef brisket, baked beans, potato salad, and apple dumplings. Try to curb your enthusiasm. The food is only part of the reason the Wednesday meals have been so successful. It is a wonderful time for fellowship, a way to get to know people better on more of a casual basis, and is a great way for new members to get plugged in and better connected.

So that the team can plan the amount of food needed it’s important that they have an accurate count. If you are coming, please indicate on the attendance card how many in your family will be attending the meal that week. The last thing Leah and her team want is to run out of food or have prepared too much food. The cost is $3.00 per adult and $2.00 per child. What a deal!! Where else can you go for great food at a bargain price and enjoy an hour of socializing with family and friends.

Come join the fun.
