Sunday evening April 22, at 6:00 pm there will be a congregational meeting to discuss the possible purchase of a 66 acre parcel of land just north of the church building. Before any final decision is made, the elders would like input from the congregation. It has been 2 ½ years since the first inquiry was made and now the sellers are ready to move forward and are asking the church to enter into a contractual agreement to purchase the land. If the 66 acres is purchased there are no immediate plans to build a building or do anything with the property in the foreseeable future. This is a strategic move with long term consideration. In an effort to be as transparent as possible the elders encourage your comments and questions.
